Tickets 門票

Have a friend that you want to transfer a ticket to, but don’t know how? Please complete the following information and send it to ticketing@lanternburn.com and we’ll see that your friend receives your ticket! Please note that for security reasons, we will email the ticket holder and will require verification from them before a ticket transfer will take place.

We require the following information from the ticket holder and the secondary party.

Ticket holder information:
1. Name
2. Email
3. Ticket ID

Secondary party information:
1. Name
2. Email
3. Date of Birth (YYYY/MM/DD)
4. Phone number
5. ID Number (National ID/Passport)

Once the information is submitted, we will verify with the ticket holder that they intend to transfer the ticket to the secondary party and when confirmed, we will internally transfer the ticket.

It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to find and sell their ticket to another burner at the face value they purchased their ticket for. We suggest you either check on our Discord server or our Facebook page looking for interested parties. If we find that the ticket holder has sold their ticket(s) for more then face value, then we reserve the right to ban the seller from all future Lantern Burn events.
